Shipping Policy
Options
Toe-Food Chocolates & Candy is able to provide you with some of the most reasonable shipping charges in the industry because we base our rate on the dollar amount of your order. The more items you order to one address, the more you save on shipping. We offer Standard shipping as well as Express Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Air. All shipments must be delivered to a street address; we are unable to ship to post office boxes.
Warm Weather Shipping
During the warm weather months, our quality chocolates must be protected from high temperatures. To avoid melting during these months, we pack our chocolate in insulated thermafoil and use gel refrigerant ice packs to insure the safe delivery of your order. There is a $10.00 additional charge during the warm weather months on each package sent. As a further precaution, we also ship your order by Express Next Day or 2nd Day shipping. Please note: For next day, 2 or 3 day select shipping, Saturday, Sunday, and the shipment date do not count as shipping days. If you have any questions regarding time or cost for this service please call customer service at 888-863-3663.
Address correction: Any extra charges by FedEx due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information will be charged to your credit card upon receipt. (i.e. no suite number, wrong zip code, recipient has moved to a new address). Once we ship we cannot make changes. The FedEx address correction charge for ground is $5.00 and for next day, 2 or 3 day is $10.00.
